The Excellent Decisions THRIVE Retreat is a unique opportunity to explore the Excellent Decisions approach on a very deep level with a small group of like minded people, all deeply committed to their success and the success of others.  The small group environment of the Excellent Decisions Mastery Retreat allows all attendees to get the benefit of the interactive and experiential group activities and get individual attention from facilitators.  Spoiler Alert:  The feedback and support you get from your fellow participants will likely be just as valuable as the support you get from the facilitators.

The next two and a half day Excellent Decisions THRIVE Retreat will be held in the wine country of beautiful Sonoma, California from January 10th – 12th, 2020.  The town of Sonoma is easy to access from San Francisco, Oakland,  and Sacramento International airports.  The retreat schedule will start with a short session on Friday afternoon, followed by a welcome reception on Friday evening, gourmet lunch on both Saturday and Sunday  and a group dinner (with fabulous local wine!) on Saturday night.  You will be well nourished, cared for, and having lots of fun and laughter as you make new friends, learn and grow.
